We process personal data in order to provide our website, respond to inquiries, and prepare and carry out our real estate and service activities.

Depending on the inquiry, the following data may be processed in particular:

  • First and last name
  • Email address and telephone number
  • Content of your message
  • Information about the property you are looking for or offering
  • Desired location, budget and rental start date
  • Information about the requested service, service location and desired appointment

Please only provide the information necessary for this purpose when making an initial inquiry.

If you contact us via the contact form, email or telephone, we process your information to handle your inquiry and for further communication.

If your inquiry serves the preparation or execution of a contract with you, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

For other inquiries, processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to properly respond to incoming inquiries.

Providing your data is generally voluntary. Without the contact and inquiry information required for processing, we may not be able to respond to your request. Mandatory information is marked in the respective form.

1. Real Estate and Service Inquiries

We use the information you provide to identify suitable properties or services, prepare offers, coordinate appointments and organize agreed services.

This may include inquiries regarding rental, purchase, sale or management of properties as well as cleaning, moving, furniture and kitchen assembly, and staffing services.

Where necessary for processing your specific request and legally permitted, the required data may be transferred to involved property providers, owners or service companies carrying out the requested services.

Data will not be shared with third parties for their own advertising purposes without an appropriate legal basis.

1. Recipients of Personal Data

As part of website operation and communication, technical service providers, particularly hosting providers, email providers and, where applicable, form providers, may process personal data.

Where service providers act on our behalf, this is carried out on the basis of the required data processing agreements.

1. Storage Period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purposes.

Data from inquiries will be deleted once the matter has been fully processed and no further storage is required. If a contractual relationship arises, the required data may continue to be processed for the purpose of performing that contract.

Legal retention obligations and storage required for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims remain unaffected. Where data must therefore be retained, its processing will be restricted accordingly.
